Plaza – The Stanley Blue Jays picked up a 93-60 road win over the North Shore/Plaza Wildcats on Tuesday.
The Blue Jays hopped out to a 48-20 halftime lead and never looked back, Stanley is now 8-1 in their last 9 games.
“There’s not a lot of things more gratifying than watching an unselfish team play,” said Stanley Blue Jays coach Kory Anderson. “We shared the ball very well. We shot the ball extremely well. Had a few breakdowns defensively at times… we can’t afford to have defensive let downs.”
Sophomore Wyatt Hanson had a game high 25 points to lead the Blue Jay attack, fellow sophomore Kaedyn Hanson chipped in 18 points for Stanley. Senior Bray Meyer added 15 points for the Blue Jays including three 3-pointers.
The Stanley Blue Jays had 11 players record points in this game.
The Stanley Blue Jays move to 12-3 overall with the win, the Blue Jays host Mohall-Lansford/Sherwood on Saturday.
