Stanley – The Stanley Blue Jays came out firing on all cylinders tonight against the Killdeer Cowboys. The Blue Jays to put up 55 points in the first half, their highest total this season in a half.
The highlight of the night came in early in the third quarter when Ryan Nesheim tipped the ball ahead to Matt Patten, who threw up a perfect alley-oop pass to Wyatt Hanson, who threw it down with a high level of authority.
Wyatt Hanson put up a game high 25 points to pace the Blue Jays. The junior was completely unstoppable tonight, as were the rest of the Blue Jays.
Logan Aadnes dished out a good chunk of slick assists for the Blue Jays, something fans have grown accustomed to seeing from the senior.
The Blue Jays also put up 6 3-pointers in the first half, Patten and Nesheim both connected for 2 each.
The Blue Jays move to 10-4 on the season, they will travel to Parshall on Friday to take on the Braves in a game that features two of the top teams in all of Region 8.
