Stanley-Powers Lake, Des Lacs-Burlington pick up victories at Williams County Track Meet

Tioga – Junior Caitlyn Vogel (DLB) and Freshman Sara Bonn (DLB) both took home three victories in at the Williams Country Track Meet in Tioga. Vogel won the 100M (12.84), 200M (28.18), and 400M (1:02.47). Bonn took home the 100M Hurdles (18.32), 300M Hurdles (53.99), and Triple Jump (30’4.5”)

The Stanley Blue Jays picked up 14 points in the 200M with Hayley Schmidt finishing second and Grace Sorenson finishing third.

Junior Abby Iverson factored in on 26 Blue Jays points. 4x200M (1st), 100M Hurdles (2nd), 300M Hurdles (2nd).

Hayley Schmidt helped pick up 24 points (4x200M (1st), 200M (2nd), Javelin (3rd).

DLB senior Mark Medalen picked up victories in the 100M (11.24), 200M (23.26), and 400M (51.07). Kenmare junior Jacob Rodin won the 800M (2:16.92) and 1600M (4:53.34), he also finished second in the 400M (51.84).

Wyatt Hanson picked up 24 points for the Blue Jays. The Stanley junior won the discus (150ft). He was also a member of the 4×100 relay team that finished second, Hanson picked up a third place finish in the 400M (51.92) as well.

DLB sophomore Darian Hoff picked up a pair of wins in the 110M hurdles (19.03) and 300M hurdles (46.02).
