Technology Camp planned for Stanley students

Stanley – There will be a free technology camp for local students on Thursday, July 6th.

The camp will run between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Golden Age Club in Stanley. At the camp the students will learn how to build their own Bluetooth speaker.

The following companies/groups are covering the cost of the camp for Stanley students:

Stanley Commercial Club

Stanley Economic Development Corp.

City of Stanley

Brosz Engineering

Town and Country Credit Union

BNC Bank (Providing lunch)

AM 1090 KTGO Radio

Who can go? Stanley students (Grades 7-12), *Spots are very limited and offered on a first-come, first serve basis.

When? July 6th (9am to 4pm)

Where? The Golden Age Club (Main Street)
