Blue Jays fly past Royals in prep volleyball

Stanley – The Stanley Blue Jays picked up a convincing 3-0 win over the South Prairie Royals on Monday night.

Sophomore Jossi Meyer and Junior Hayley Schmidt slammed home 13 kills apiece to pace the Blue Jays.

Senior Jasmyn Giese dished out 18 assists, while Schmidt picked up a team high 12 digs.

8th Grader Mckynna Stenberg had 6 kills to pace the Royals, while junior Shaylnn Hill had a game high 14 digs.

The Stanley will host Killdeer on Thursday night in their regular season finale.
